About KC

KC is a lifelong maker who has been drawn to artistic expression since childhood.  She learned to sew as a child with her Great Aunt, Dickie. Her formal education in Photography helped develop her keen eye for composition and prepared her for an early career as a professional photographer.  Since then, there is hardly an art form or medium that KC has not spent time with.

For the past 15 years, KC has been honing her skills as a quilter and sewist.  She offers longarm services and general support through any stage of the quilt-making process.  Reach out via the contact page for more information.

KC is active in the Austin Modern Quilt Guild and works at Beehive Craft Studio.  KC was born and raised in Austin, TX, where she resides with her husband, two two-leggers and three furry four-leggers.
