KC was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She took her first photography course at the Dougherty Arts Camp at age 12. She continued to take photography and photojournalism courses at St. Andrew's Middle School and McCallum High School.

KC studied Art and Photography at Austin College In Sherman, before returning to Austin to complete two Associate degrees in Commercial Photography. She specialized in Illustrative-Fashion and Portrait Photography. KC then went on for her Bachelors of Fine Art in Photo-communications from Saint Edward's University.

In 2007, KC showed two Fine Art Photography projects in gallery exhibitions. Prints are available for most of her Fine Art projects.

KC is also available for Commercial Illustrative, Portrait and Event Photography.

While planning her own wedding KC saw how important it was to visually capture the environment, people and emotions of weddings with photographs. Since her wedding, she has made a special effort to help families preserve their most important moments beautifully through photography.Weddings are such special events in our society, bringing family and friends from near and far to enjoy in a happy occasion and it is so important to be able to capture each part to help us remember the good times.
